First off after having spent a year at Microsoft I quickly found that the bashing that I expected to happen there didn’t happen the same way. It was much more open than I expected. A lot of smart people were around me and I quickly made personal goals to one day become a full time employee, a blue badger.

German in Second Life



I have found that Second Life promotes foreign language usage. Because rather than being in separated web sites or spaces you are all in one big space that really is like space, connect and visual, you can communicate on many levels and are likely by sight or social networks rather than a goggle search constrained to a specific language area.

Its strange that they ban nudity since its all virtual reality. I remember when I was a kid girls who took the clothing off their barbies would laugh. I sometimes think the Internet is making this the rule.
